About the position
Perido is looking for a Technology Support Lead to our customer; an international business law firm with more than 40 offices around the world. You will manage the delivery of technology support and technology services to the office as well as the region. With support of the extensive global technology team you will lead the Stockholm Technology Support team to a 5 star delivery.
Here you will work with varied tasks, where no day will be the same, in the office located in Östermalm in central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
This is an extensive role with broad responsibilities. Your involvement will be required in broad mixed areas, and your mission is to lead, manage and co-ordinate the delivery of Technology Support, as well as other Technology Services, at the office. As the Technology Support Lead you will also be required to partake in various meetings, to maintain a good relationship with key stakeholders, and be communicative with the Firm's users supporting all practice areas and business support functions.
Leadership of the Support Services function
Provide leadership, set targets and goals for improvement, and implement these. Work with problem management, promote best practice standards based on ITIL, metrics and reporting as well as user input. You will also develop and promote a better understanding of the business and practice of law within the Support Services teams.
Management of the Support Services function
You will supervise and coordinate the duties of the team within the local office. The duties include problem solving and addressing hardware and software problems, implementing, maintaining, and managing the desktop computers, laptops, printers and other hardware, along with maintaining full coverage during core working hours. You will make sure that the team maintain a high degree of customer service and you will ensure that all work is logged according to Firm standard and praxis. You will also be responsible for local asset management, and ensuring all new joiners are adequately set up with devices, accesses and accounts.
Coordinate the provision of other Technology Services
This includes local implementations of global initiatives within; Technology Operations, Security, Applications and Project deployment, Change Management processes. You will ensure that the Technology Security Policy, and Technology Equipment Policy is adhered to and you will report any suspected breach according to Firm policies.

You are a true team player who strives to deliver, while encouraging your team to do the same. You are an excellent problem solver with great troubleshooting and analytical skills. You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and you can multitask and prioritize, while grasping new concepts and analyzing issues as they arise. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator who is comfortable with both verbal and written presentations.

Requirements
Knowledge of general enterprise level technology systems used by a local office within a global organization
Knowledge as acquired through a bachelor's degree within computer science/business administration, or through work experience.
Previous work life experience of Technology support, or similar, preferably onsite
Ability to communicate complex systems information and ideas effectively and efficiently to attorneys, managers, and staff
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full time. Permanent employment, start according to agreement.
