Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technology Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the development of complex technical goals across a large organization. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of several different technology areas within Automotive E/E development, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams. Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the development of complex technical goals across a large organization
Prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams
Coach team members in cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Understand when technical debt needs to be undertaken to meet deadlines and minimize the effects of such debt
Act as a single point of contact for a given technical area and interface with stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience with Automotive Embedded Software
Experience with SAFe/other agile frameworks
Experience with SystemWeaver or its variants
Experience in mentoring
Personal Qualifications:
A passion for bridging gaps that occur as a result of the distributed team development way of working
Ability to organize self and others
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to decipher technical data and explain it in plain English
