Lynk & Co is seeking a Technology Lead to Lynk & Co's Digital Platform. You will have a chance to create a digital platform on modern cloud technologies from the start utilizing Software as a Service solutions and microservice architecture.As a Technology Lead we expect you to provide technical expertise and guidance to the development teams. You will work with the developers and partners and will be responsible to create and maintain high quality software on the Lynk & Co digital platforms. Your work week will be balanced between creating quality software with the development teams, working on long term technology strategy and development guidelines and on testing with new bleeding-edge technologies and platforms to deem the fit. You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ.
Responsibilities and tasks
We expect you to lead the software development on the Lynk & Co digital platforms with example & leadership. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Create damn good software
* Leading Software development on Lynk & Co digital platform.
* Creating guidelines and principles for cloud software implementation
* Ensuring effective architecture principles and practices
* Working closely with Product Owners & Business to define product roadmap based on an understanding of business direction, and the possibilities of technology.
* Lead the technical product backlog & manage Architecture Runway
* Ensuring effective architecture principles and practices

Profile and Background
* Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
* Technology Lead: Excellent full stack software development skills
* Experience in microservice development on Cloud Platforms
* Knowledge on implementation & configuration of modern Software as a Service platforms
* Experience in leading and teaching development teams
* Soft skills: Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
* Excellent communication skills.
* Cultural awareness, global/international experience
* Fluency in English - both oral and written
* Ability to travel
