You will be responsible for ensuring the completion on expected timeframes of Business (BIT) and Operational IT (OIT) activities within technical scope. This include but not limited to go live, improvements or retirement and decommissioning of Lab Applications. The consultancy assignment, starts 2/5- and at least 12 months ahead.

You will also act as a Scrum Master for all Business and Operational IT activities withing the R&D Labs area. You will manage the workload of Technical Resources working and supporting the Global R&D Labs Operations. Reporting and monitoring progress of all activities within Global R&D Labs space management, design, development, and ensuring compliance and validation certification approvals are met with the right quality and in a timely manner. You have experience in the field and have previously a team member of innovative and challenging projects with high demands. Finally, you will also manage the Business Processes associated to all R&D Labs Workstations from building to deployment.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Retrieve Project Activities from stakeholders (Technology Teams, Business, Vendors and Technical Services)
* Manage the Backlog of all Business and Operational IT activities
* Delivering the SOW through cross functional development and tracking of the cross functional project timelines
* Regular reporting on progress of Business and Operational IT activities
* Support technology development in users' project reviews, workstations and audits.
* Interact closely with different teams, business development, quality compliance and technology.
* Act as the R&D Workstation Coordinator, managing information on CMDB and its life cycle as per business need.
* Facilitate communication and clarification of technical requirements between users and Technology Teams internal and external (Vendors) stakeholders
* Monitor and track GXP Processes of R&D Workstations from request, deployment and maintenance.
* Manage the procurement activities with Vendors in E_Markplace from creation to closure of requests
* Develop and Manage Dashboards for Budget visibility and tracking.

• 4+ years in project management in industrial companies
• Must have worked in a multicultural environment
* Has worked on several projects and/ or bids, ideally in similar business area
* Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

* Working with user-oriented projects used to being the link between the user and Technology teams to address technical scope and issues Core competencies required for this role:
• Stakeholder Management and strong communication skills
* A structured approach to working & problem solving
* Good analytical skills and the ability to apply logical thinking to resolve faults and issues with appropriate corrections and measures.
