If you have an eye for technology trends and their potential impact and if you are also good at convening the message and influencing others, then one of the most interesting jobs in Financial Technology might be available for you! Your responsibility will be to act as a catalyst for introducing new technologies at Swedbank operations. You will work with teams across the whole organization in order to bring alive new tools, new ways of working, new sourcing models etc. In the role of Technology Evangelist you will be both outward and inward looking. You'll look after the trends and suppliers, synthesize and communicate the potential impact for Swedbank. At the same time you will be in tight contact with teams in IT Development and Infrastructure and Operations - listen their thoughts, support in change management etc. You will continuously develop your competence for keeping the edge in your expertise and know-how.
What you need to succeed To really excel as an Technology Evangelist with us, you need:
University degree in Information Technology
At least 3 years of experience in working with introduction of new technologies in organizations in international company
Proven track-record in change management
Excellent skills in communication, ability to adjust your message depending the audience
Proven experience in leading change, even without a formal mandate
Fluency in English
