We are looking for a Senior Technology and Architecture Lead for tomorrow's business at Lindorff part of Lowell. We have a very exciting future ahead with new investments in innovation, digitization and analysis.

Your workdays
We have embarked on a transformation journey. Now we have a high focus to define and prepare our IT setup for tomorrow's business. In your role as Technology and Architecture Lead, we expect you to help and drive continued development in the captivating intersection between Business and Technology towards an agile, value driven and forward oriented organization.
As an architect you will set the vision, design the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. You will also be providing technical leadership and support to our IT operation and development teams. Your leadership style should be hands-on and coaching.
Apart from the above you will also be assisting with solving technical problems. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, we think you are a proficient Enterprise Architect, CTO or similar with leadership skills and relevant academic degree or equivalent experience. You possess a strategic mind-set and have a comprehensive view of the architecture- and technology domains.
You have already possessed hands on experience with software development and system administration. Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture.
As a person you have a problem solving attitude, everything is possible just have to figure out how. Excellent communication skills and speaks Swedish and English fluently.
We also think you have at least a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
