Job Description:

This position requires IT experience with reskilled and Appian Certification as you would be building and supporting applications using Appian. Good knowledge of Data management and Process model is required as you will be creating SAIL interfaces, Expression rules, CDT's, query entities, Process model for individual features and should have capability to generalize code and process model and move generic code to use constants. Capabilities of Appian components and making use of best available component for individual requirements is a requisite. As Infosys promotes team collaboration, you will be peer reviewing deliverables of your team members. You should be able to organize artifacts and understand RESTFUL API for integrations with Appian Web API's.
Your role:
In the role Appian Developer-Developer Specialty, you will act as a primary developer of applications. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes by understanding User Stories and defined acceptance criteria. By your keen due diligence, you will need to raise comments for any missing requirement and participate on the story pointing sessions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs by performing Integrations and Unit Testing. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued but at the same time you will be given authority of your own task as you would be working independently on it along with participating in the standard agile process. At Infosys, as we work together as a team, your support after office hours might be required sometime and you should be willing to provide that for completion of required tasks. Lastly you will be packaging Appian Applications or building package for code promotion adhering to deployment process of the client.
Required:
• Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications
• Very Good knowledge in Software Development
• Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA
• Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently
• Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects
• Flexible to handle adhoc requests / agile projects
Preferred:
You should be having IT experience with reskilled and Appian certified
