The R&D Department, holding Design Organisation Approval from the European Aviation Safety Agency, undertakes all product improvements, new product development, design verification and airworthiness approvals for Envirotainer's product range.
Technician
As a Technician at Envirotainer you will be responsible for helping the research and development department and the production department to build prototypes and conduct product evaluation and testing of products and equipment.
• build or set up equipment such as setting up instrumentation for crash tests
• prepare and conduct experiments
• make prototype versions from sketches and rough layouts
• collect data
• calculate and record results and report on findings
• assist in design work if needed
We are looking for a person with at least three years practical experience from building prototypes and working with similar product to our own.
As a person you are flexible, creative and thorough. You are a team player who is able to also work independently and structure your work efficiently. Because you will be working with composite materials you will need to conduct a fitness test before employment.
