Dina arbetsuppgifterWorktasks
In the role as Technical Writer you develop and deliver high quality, user-friendly documentation for customers, partners and internal consumers. In more detail you work with creating user guides, manuals, develop guides and content for brochures. You also work with reviewing, editing and updating new and existing API documentation. Here you work alongside the product management and engineering teams in development and launch of a next generation cash management software and digital payments platform. Your responsibility is to gather and research relevant information to enable successful documentation.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience, and personal qualities
• BS or MS degree in in a related field
• A couple of years of meaningful experience as Technical Writer creating user guides, online help systems, reference material, and other forms of user assistance content for technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of documentations tools like XML-based content management systems
• Previous experience of writing API and developer documentation (meritorious)
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English

You are a great communicator with strong abilities in networking with people in different environments and contexts. We think that you are a flexible person who has the capabilities to work simultaneously in several projects. You are self-motivated but at the same time you enjoy collaborating with other people. We will put much emphasis on your skill levels, personality and work ethic in this recruitment process.
