You will have an important role in the organisation with a lot of interesting opportunities ahead.
As a Technical Writer at Loipart you will have the overall responsibility for all technical documentation for our products, to improve existing and create new documentation. Furthermore, your will also be involved in developing sales material and promotions.

You will have a close cooperation with the sales department, technical department and the product manager. 

Main responsibilities

• Create new technical product documentation and developing and updating existing documentation, both in text and layout.
• Clarify and emphasize the installation instructions.
• Translation of documents.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining of the product catalogue in cooperation with ad agency.
• Develop new sales and marketing material in cooperation with ad agency.

 Possible responsibilities

•  Planning and manage exhibitions and events.
• Update and develop content on the website together with our external partner.
• Develop our digital strategy.
• Analyse and follow up our market activities.

Experience and competence requirements

• Technical education or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in the production of technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Be able to deliver technical information/material that is inviting and easy to absorb for the reader.
• Structured with a strong ability in analyse and prioritize the various target groups' need for information.
• Experience in Photoshop, Indesign, Lucidchart or similar applications to manage graphics, illustrations, flow charts and press materials.
• Good knowledge of digital strategy and social media.
• Driven and proactive.
• Analytical and responsible.
• Independent but also a given team player.
• Have a well-developed communication skills and are easy to express yourself well in speech and writing in both English and Swedish.
• Have a passion to learn.

Meritating experience

• Sales experience.
• Experience of working with employer branding.
• Good knowledge of Adwords.
