hela Sverige We are looking for a technical writer/illustrator with good IT skills.
As a technical writer/ illustrator you will identify the need of technical information for our customers, where and how they should be published, make them understandable with text and illustrations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Be part of the workflow for creating end-user documentation, product manuals, maintenance and repair instructions
Illustrate procedures
Design and structure the contents inside the CCMS (Component Content Management System)
Synchronise technical information data with external databases I.E CPQ, a PIM, knowledge databases and explore new digital possibilities.
Competence and skills:
Must have:
Excellent English writing and grammar skills
Good Technical knowledge
Experience working with adobe illustrator or similar tools
Good IT skills
Good communication skill
Team worker
Good to have:
Experience in Content Management Systems, Knowledge base or PIM systems
Experience with 3D tools
Experience in XML and CMS systems
Knowledge about STE (Simplified Technical English)
Working experience with technical information
The placement of the position is Hudiksvall, Sweden.
The position is a fixed-term employment during maternity leave, start from 15th of February until 31st of december 2018.
