ABOUT MAVENOID
We're building the world's most intelligent and user-friendly troubleshooting product. Our platform is already used by leading manufacturing companies to repair everything from trucks, to cranes, to robotic lawn mowers and dishwashers. In essence, we're empowering people to repair more and replace less. Mavenoid is founded by ex Google and Palantir people, and we're backed by Point Nine Capital and Creandum.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our first Technical writer at Mavenoid, you'll take ownership in defining structure, writing copy and creating illustrations for troubleshooting guides. You will support our customers with style suggestions, proofreading and will develop and maintain a style guide that they can refer to. You will produce publicly available free troubleshooting guides, and eventually manage and grow the community for building a Wikipedia of troubleshooting!
YOUR PROFILE
You're a quick learner that enjoys writing manuals and are hungry for a new challenge. You have the visual in mind and can easily put yourself in and understand technical complicated devices and machines.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in writing manuals
• Visual skills
• Technical background
• (bonus) Industrial experience
