We are currently seeking a technical writer to join our Stockholm development team. As a technical writer you will work closely with developers and product owners to document changes in product functionality, write manuals, maintain online help, and draft release notes. All documentation is done in English to serve the needs of our global clientele.

You must have a high degree of fluency in both spoken and written English. You must be able to communicate effectively with developers from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds in order to produce high-quality documentation of value to our customers. In addition to technical writing experience, you should have a strong technical background and be conversant with the standards, practices and tools employed in the world of IT technical documentation.
As we employ an Agile approach to software development, you should be aware of the basic principles of Agile development and capable of adapting to a fast-paced team-oriented way of working. Our documentation is done in parallel with software development under strict time constraints. This requires flexibility and initiative in addition to communication skills.
