What you will be a part of
Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world’s premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat. Business Unit Surface Radar Solutions have responsibility for Saab’s surface radar systems, ground based as well as naval. The military radar business at Saab in Syracuse (US) and Halden (Norway) are also part of this unit. The BU has around 400 employees.
Your role
We are looking for you who want to be a part of the development of our technical publications.As a Technical writer, you are responsible for the entire creation chain, from gathering information to the publishing of the user manuals for our radar systems.The assignment requires the ability to pedagogically describe technical systems and products in English.
Your skills and experience
• You are innovative and have knowledge about future information technology.
• You are well structured and self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• You have good stylistic ability and a feel for the layout.
• You are used to work independently as well as in groups.
We expect that you are committed, proactive and flexible. You also have good communication skills and contribute to a positive working climate.
