The position includes writing structured and user friendly documents related to different kinds of technical products.
Work Description
As a consultant, the work tasks may differ between assignments. The following list contains examples of common tasks as a technical writer:
• Gathering information from different sources such as technicians, product interfaces or previous documentation.
• Writing document content and structure with an accurate language while following existing styles and standards.
• Reviewing and editing documents of your own and by other writers.
Primary Qualifications
The following list contains the primary qualifications of the position.
• Academic background such as Bachelor or Master of Science.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
• An ability to research and understand new technology with ease.
• Swedish Citizenship (for certain assignments).
Secondary Qualifications
The following list contains the secondary qualifications of the position.
• Work experience in technical writing.
• Experience of working in XML-based environments.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Agile method.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Simplified Technical English writing standard.
