Are you a budding or experienced Technical Writer looking to join a very new team and to help shape the documentation? This might be it!
Job Description
As a Technical Writer you will:
• write user and developer manuals
• write product feature descriptions
• peer review work of your technical writer colleagues
• contribute to documentation process improvements
• contribute to documentation standards
• help engineering and other departments with their documentation needs
Qualifications and personal qualities
• at least 3 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably within the software development industry
• experience working with a version control system, preferably Git
• notion of writing Markdown (or other markup languages)
• curiosity and drive to understand things when creating documentation
• ability to set your own work and update priorities based on teams' and stakeholders' needs
• fluency in English, both spoken and written
• some coding experience would be nice, but not a must
