Koenigsegg continues to grow and we are looking for a professional Technical Writer to join our team.
The Koenigsegg R&D team is a growing and agile hub of highly talented individuals, where the sum is greater than the parts. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate within the Koenigsegg Technical Documentation team. It is important to be the link between engineers, coordinators, technicians, and car owners. We must work smart to keep the fast pace.
The Role
You work with a dynamic group in a cross-functional environment. You play a key role to support aftermarket and other departments with technical documentation needed to use, service and repair Koenigsegg cars in an efficient and safe manner.
Responsibilities
Restlessly gather knowledge and information from engineering, production, and aftermarket to be able to compile correct documentation.
Cross functional coordination between departments, individuals, drawings, and existing documentation.
Compose and publish technical documentation in US English in accordance with the Simplified Technical English standard ASD-STE100.
Maintain and update published documentation.
Continuously improve and streamline tools and procedures.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience within the Technical Documentation spectra.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
Experience in desktop publishing tools including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
Working independently and take responsibility throughout the complete Technical Documentation process: Gather information - Create Content - Approval - Publish.
Meriting

Experience in XML and CMS
Experience in ASCIIDOC
Experience in risk assessment
