Who you are
Be part of the team as we expand the limits within separation technology. Alfa Laval invest on research and development in the field of separation technology with increased focus on advanced computer simulation methods like FEM, CFD and Topology Optimization. Connectivity and digitalisation is on the agenda, implementing e.g. various sensor technologies and software algorithms in the products. We are looking for experienced engineers who can help us to do even better than we do today. We hope that you are one of the people we are looking for!
Who are you?You have a technical oriented with very good communication skills and find it easy to express yourself both verbally and in writing. You structure and organize your work efficiently, always wanting to achieve defined goals and deliver on time. You are happy to share your knowledge and thrive in a setting where cooperation is valued.
About the jobAs Technical Writer you create new product documentation as well as update, improve and maintain technical documentation. You work proactively to acquire knowledge of High Speed Separators and related topics as well as spreading the knowledge through the organization. Furthermore, you will work with topic-based XML in SDL Knowledge Center as well as other legacy systems. Your main task will be to develop and maintain manuals and spare part catalogues.
What you know
Engineering degree or similar.
Experience from a technical writer role.
Knowledge and experience from XML
Ability to edit/create vector-based illustration
Fluent in technical English, written and verbal.
