Job description
As Technical Training Manager, you will work together with our training team with responsibility to develop and execute technical training programs for internal stakeholders and our Market and Sales organization in Europe. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement technical training programs that align with organizational goals and help others develop skills to become even better professionals.
Your responsibilities
Conduct assessment to identify necessary trainings and gap analysis
Prioritize learning activities
Develop training programs and determine content
Facilitate and execute training programs, workshops, and webinars
Evaluate and act on training results, feedback and effectiveness by measuring outcome and progress
Stay up to date with trend and technologies to improve training
You are enthusiastic, curious and enjoy working in teams with passion for learning and development. You are inspired by solving challenges with quality mindset, meeting people, have fun and trying new things and technologies without prestige.
* Degree in engineering, preferably within Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science
* Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
* Experience in instructional design
* Good knowledge of project management and ability to lead sub-projects
* Great communication skills and fluent in English, written and verbal
* Good presentation and facilitation skills
