hela Sverige The Global Sales Engineering team is looking for a Technical Training Engineer to create and deliver technical training and education materials to our international sales teams. We are looking for a person who is passionate about technology, learning and sharing knowledge to complement our Technical Training Team.
Who is your future team?
You will be part of Technical Training team within Global Sales Engineering organization. We are a growing multicultural team of ambitious and experienced engineers responsible for support, knowledge sharing, education and training of our international colleagues across the globe.
What will you do as Technical Training Engineer?
Together with a team of Global Sales Engineers, Technical Training Engineers and Content Developers you will develop, deliver and drive technical training, covering the most relevant and complex topics in Axis' portfolio. Your main stake holders will be Sales Engineers and other technical roles withing regional sales organizations.
The training will be delivered both in our Technical Training Centres and online.
You responsibilities will include:
* Developing content together with the whole GSE team and subject matter experts. Able to absorb complex concepts and write and represent them in ways that are easy to absorb.
* Building and maintaining the TTC, Technical Training Centre.
* Delivering/mentoring training to groups of Sales Engineers a few weeks a year.
* Hosting internal technical training events.
* Developing training strategy and roadmap as part of the Technical Training Team
* Collaborating with different teams within Axis to promote internal education and knowledge sharing.
You will be a part of different cross-functional groups and coordinate activities between technical experts and our training team to deliver training to the sales organisation.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are passionate about learning and training as well as identifying learning needs for different target groups. You have a good understanding of the development of training for a global audience and, you are curious about new learning formats and technologies to ensure excellent learning experiences. You are a creative thinker with a strong pedagogical focus and a passion for instructional design.
You are a team player who values cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, but you also appreciate to work independently. You enjoy hands on work with high quality and take an honor in finalizing projects successfully according to time plan. You have energy and drive to create and develop new initiatives and not afraid of challenges.
You have strong technical background and, preferably, experience from physical security or IT industry.
As we develop training for a global audience and all materials are developed in English, your English knowledge, both written and spoken, is excellent.
We'd love to hear that you are/have:
* Well acquainted with IP networks and topics such as camera technology and image quality or traditional surveillance.
* An educational background, teaching technical subjects /or a technical background with teaching experience
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Technical interest in order to build knowledge about products and systems.
* Experience in creating new content in presentation materials and hands on work shops
* Fluent in English
