hela Sverige The Global Engineering Services team is looking for a Technical Training Engineer to expand and maintain our Technical Training Center's curriculum offering and physical location.
We are looking for a person that can realize the vision of Technical Training to keep our technical staff current and at the top of their game.
Who is your future team?
Global Engineering Services encompasses 3 teams: Global Sales Engineering, Professional Services and System Integration Team. A commonality of the three teams is the Technical Training element. The team consist of 15 individuals of 9 different nationalities, together we speak 10 different languages and have over 150 years of experience in our industry. We have fun and work smart together to support Axis overarching goals.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge: You have a great desire to learn and develop new skills, and are able to absorb complex concepts and write and represent them in ways that are easy for others to absorb.
What you will do:
You will actively collaborate with other departments within Axis, in order to spread experience from valued customer case scenarios and trainings. You will implement and maintain the course structure in our internal LMS, Workday.
You will spend 8-12 weeks a year delivering the material that you create, co-create and manage, with an international audience of knowledge-thirsty Sales Engineers.
You will build and maintain the TTC, Technical Training Center.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a person that will work together with our existing TTC Engineer. The two of you will combine the strengths and in-depth characteristics of face to face training, and the flexibility of online distribution, while adding traceability and creating a learning plan for our technical staff.
You are a skilled generalist, thrive in a collaborative environment with technical subject matter experts, and know how to build your professional network.
You are proficient in standard authoring tools such as Power Point, Articulate, Storyline, Captivate including tools for assessments, tests, and survey development. You have experience in using learning management systems (LMS).
