hela Sverige Your main responsibility as a Technical Training Coordinator at Philips is to coordinate and support our diagnostic imaging customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden in all matters concerning our technical engineering courses. In this role you will have a unique possibility to work closely with our hospital customers and with all medical imaging modalities.
This position is a full time parental leave replacement starting in June or July 2017 until end of 2018 and is based in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities:
Overall responsible for coordinating our Nordic customers (hospital engineers) who attend our biomed/technical engineering courses at our training centers
Responsible for issuing, maintaining and providing first line technical support to customer in all matters related to our technical service keys
Develop and maintain our technical training catalog for all medical imaging modalities and support sales teams and customers with information about services offered
Work together with the clinical application training coordinator and support her in task related to clinical training whenever necessary
Perform various administrative tasks related to our training services
Your team:
You will work in a dynamic Nordic training and education team and report to the Nordic Education Manager. You will work closely with the Application Training Coordinator and also share tasks and responsibilities with her daily.

We are looking for:
Previous experience of project management, education coordination, capacity planning or medical engineering.
Preferably some experience of hospital environment or the healthcare industry
Above average computer skills (Windows) and strong IT problem solving skills
Good communication skills in English and Swedish, knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus
Customer service oriented
Structured and attention to details with good project management and planning skills with ability to run several projects simultaneously
