The section Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for the worldwide aftermarket business and services. In more than 140 countries, we offer spare parts, technical information, as well as diagnostic hard and software and services for analysis, upkeep and repair of vehicles.
For our customer, an international, well-known automotive manufacturer (premium segment) we are looking for a home based new employee who will tender our customer and his facilities and workshops throughout Sweden.
GENERAL SUMMARY
To coach and train the car manufacturer's dealers to change the process and organization to a Personal Service Car Repair Concept.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
• Create an implementation time plan for the appointed dealer.
• Train and explain for the dealer management their role in the Personal Service Car Repair Concept.
• Train the technician and workshop support in their new roles.
• Train the teams in new working methods and coach them to act accordingly.
• Train the teams in how they should measure by using KPI's and act on the result.
• Coach new implementation managers in how to implement the Personal Service Car Repair Concept.
• Create action plan to fulfill the Personal Service target conditions at the dealer.
• Certify the dealer when they have fulfilled the Personal Service Car Repair Concept target condition.
• Summon steering group and create agenda and meeting notes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• O level standard of technical education + work experience (several years)
• Experience in a Service Technician environment with good knowledge of vehicle systems
• Experience in delivery of technical training material
• Able to learn new vehicle technologies and sub systems, including diagnostics
• IT literate (MS Office Package)
• working knowledge of multimedia and publishing software desirable
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Lean Management an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English Language
• Ability to rapidly build up a personal relationship
• Ability to act independently
• Valid, clean driving license
Language:
fluent in English and Swedish
Travel:
>70% (mainly within Sweden)
