MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

We are looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Technical Trainer with hairdressing experience to a successful international American company within consumer goods industry. You will be a part of their Training Studio in Helsinki.

Your main tasks will be to plan and lead training courses and events or seminars in the company’s Training Studio and in the field to support in salon training for customers. The role also involves a lot of collaboration with the Sales team and managers in order to provide customers with exemplary technical support. You will also prepare and update course material and assist in promotion of products and services to drive sales. The role requires flexibility to travel regularly domestically and within Scandinavia.

You have a passion for the Professional Haircare industry and 3-5 years professional hairdressing experience. You are responsible, accurate and flexible as a person, collaborate well and can handle several tasks concurrently. You have strong communication skills, a passion for training and imparting knowledge and enjoy working in fast paced and dynamic industry. You are fluent in Finnish and have good English language skills.
