About the Role
This is more than just a training position, it's a dynamic role that combines technical expertise, coaching, and innovation. In this role, you will take on the responsibility as a Technical Trainer and further on as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). As a Technical Trainer, you will develop and guide dealer trainers and service technicians, ensuring they acquire the high-level skills required in today's evolving industry. As a SME, act as a crucial link between CD&D and key departments such as Technology, Service Engineering, and Diagnostics, ensuring that training remains cutting-edge and aligned with the latest advancements.
What You Will Do
Coach & Mentor: Guide and support trainers in our dealership network, empowering them to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Deliver Engaging Training: Design and conduct hands-on, skills-based training sessions that focus on the must-know essentials for technicians and dealer trainers.
Stay Ahead of Technology: Explore and integrate new technologies and learning methods to enhance training effectiveness.
Adapt to Changing Needs: Embrace new learning behaviors, tools, and methodologies, ensuring training remains relevant in a rapidly evolving industry.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams to develop high-quality training materials that support the growth and success of our dealer network.
Your future team
You will be joining a multicultural team that includes members based in Sweden, France, Germany, South Korea and Hungary. Our training centers are located in several places, including Eskilstuna in Sweden, Trappes in France, Konz in Germany, Motherwell in Scotland, and Dubai in the UAE.

Technical Knowledge: of construction equipment, and knowledge of electronics and electrical systems is a plus.
Training Skills: A natural coach passionate about developing others and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Team Player: Excellent social skills, with the ability to support project teams and colleagues in achieving results within set time frames.
Cultural Awareness: A high understanding of different cultures and openness to international networking.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. A curious and open-minded professional, eager to explore new technologies and drive innovation in learning.
Change Management: A flexible problem-solver, able to adapt to new training approaches and evolving industry needs.
Digital Proficiency: Strong ability to utilize digital collaboration tools, particularly Office 365.
Language Skills: Complete proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish and/or French is a plus. For a position in Dubai, UAE, knowledge of Arabic is also a plus.
Willingness to Travel: Ability and readiness to travel as needed.
