We are looking for a Technical Trainer for Nordex in Uppsala. For this assignment you will be employed by Poolia as one of our consultants.The assignment is full time and expected to start as soon an possible and continue until the end of 2024. After this there is an opportunity for the assignment to be extended or that Nordex takes over the employment.

About the position
The RFS Nordic Training Team develops, coordinates, and conducts technical trainings for Service technicians, customers and service providers in our Region. From turbine operation to maintenance and troubleshooting, our training courses cover a wide range of subjects. You will be joining an international team of colleagues who share a passion for wind technology and be in direct contact with engineering, 2nd-level support, and technical experts. Therefore, always be up to date with the latest developments in technology. A true calling for passionate technicians who are motivated to pass on their knowledge to our training participants and qualify them for their work.
In this position, you will have the chance to continuously develop both your personal and professional skills by supporting the creation of a top-notch training program for Nordex. You will work from Nordex office in Boländerna in Uppsala. In this role you will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time for trainings within Sweden and you might also travel to Norway, Finland and Germany.
Responsibilities
o Conduct technical training for wind turbine components with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance as well as service processes.
o Application of different learning formats (classroom, on-the-job, virtual) for the qualification of employees, national and international customers and service providers.
o Further development of training concepts and content in cooperation with our Global Technical Academy.
o Product responsibility for defined trainings such as continuous revision and documentation of training materials as well as ensuring the functional safety of the training equipment.
o Liaise closely with the Global Technical Academy (Hamburg, Germany).
o Keep technical knowledge up to date by regularly joining other RFS colleagues and local service teams in their day to day activities.
o Support the RFS Training Coordinator to ensure effective planning and execution of technical trainings in the Region.
Your profile
Education and Qualifications:
o Fluent in English (spoken and written)
o If you speak Swedish, German or Finnish it is a plus
o Experience in compiling training material
o Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
o Completed electrotechnical training or studies with an electrotechnical focus
o Several years of professional experience in a technical environment in maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting, ideally in the field of wind energy or plant construction
