TECHNICAL TRAINER AUTOMOTIVE
Location: Stockholm
This role provides a great opportunity to broaden your skills to deliver a range of engaging and informative technical training programmes. The role will also include elements of course development and design.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver training in automotive business
• Manage training activities: create training plan, analyse requirements, evaluate achievement of objectives
• Act as coach, mentor and consultant for junior trainers
• Assist staff in the provision of technical advice within the automotive retailer network
• Translate material (in English) into local language; adapt training material to local market
• Ensure the provision of training resources: delegate handouts, PowerPoint slides, special tools, training aids and vehicles
• Liaise with NSC Training Manager to ensure training is compliant with national accreditation bodies
• Use the Learning Management System to monitor and maintain the quality of the training provision
• Attend customer sponsored "Train The Trainer Workshops" (TTTW) to learn more about delivery in the local market
• Other tasks may assigned by the supervisor
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a modern automotive dealership and 12 month technical training delivery
• Experience of delivering technical training that includes both diagnosis and repair related to mechanical and electronical systems
• Experience of motorcycles would also be beneficial
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis between the Nordic market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion to deliver high quality delegate focused training which meet the needs of the local market
• Fluent in Swedish, English and Scandinavian would be beneficial
• High level of organisational skills and self-motivation
