We are looking for a Technical Trainer to our Energy Industries division in Västerås, Sweden.
In this role you will develop technical training course materials and deliver technical training course content for customers, either in classroom or on site.
This position reports to Technical Training Manager.
Your responsibilities
Preparing and delivering training courses and following up post-training day activities.
Developing course material in own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material.
Creating and updating course descriptions and course programs.
Sharing own expertise in service development.
Keeping in close contact with technical Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales and other stakeholder groups that support implementation of training course development and delivery.
Supporting course administration in making course arrangements and in answering course enquiries and proposals for training courses.
Responsible for ensuring Excellent Customer Service and securing high level of customer satisfaction in the trainings.
Your background
Technical competence and knowledge within Control System ex. 800xA.
Experience in providing trainings and good knowledge of online-trainings is a plus.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel.
