hela Sverige As Technical Trainer you will be part of a smaller competent team of employees with different backgrounds and competence. In this team you will be highly appreciated for your knowledge and ideas.
Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality technical training material for all Ascom's Mobility products
• Actively maintain the existing training material
• Execute instructor led training events
• Proactively and continuously work on improving the technical competence of technical staff in the Regions, 3rd party resellers and where applicable, the OEM channels
We expect that you will take own initiatives in keeping yourself updated on the latest technology developments in your area of expertise.
Qualifications
• BSc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar background.
• Proven pedagogical skills
• Good technical knowledge, having at least several years' experience with Ascom' s current wireless technologies (DECT, WiFi and cellular)
• Excellent verbal and written language skill in English
• To develop a broad knowledge about the whole product family offered by Ascom Wireless.
• Know-how in project- and installation management
