Description:
To secure high quality SW deliveries, we now need to strengthen our team with a technical tester/E2E-troubleshooter, preferably with automation experience. Focus will be System and system integration testing.
The application landscape within CCITS is complex and the role requires thorough knowledge about integration and application architecture as well as Software Change Management, Software Release Management and Software Deployment Management.
Primary Skills Required:
• Documented experience (3 years) of testing on all levels
• Good knowledge in integration tests involving a lot of different systems and applications
• Good knowledge in automotive or telematics environmental challenges
• Experience of doing fault tracing from reading logs
• Experience of maintaining and updating testability flows both for manual and scripted tests regarding workflows and end-to-end flows
• Swedish Driver's license
• Engineering or SW development , University level (B Sc or M Sc)
Additional Skills Preferred:
• Experience in MQ, cloud system and integration
• Experience of HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in working in agile projects
• Experience from continuous integration, continuous deployment
• Experience with code coverage and other code metrics tooling
• Experience of automation tools such as SoapUI, python scripting, cucumber
• Knowledge in software updates on ECU's and baseline setups
Tasks:
• Be part of an environment support team and perform testing of new functions and securing that the quality is intact in the existing
• Test planning
• Prepare and run manual and/or automated test scripts
• Defect management
• Co-ordinate with supplier and business
• System and E2E support
• Support and analysis when incident occurs
• Communicate issues and problems to the team
Personal qualities:
• Good communication skills and good collaboration ability within development teams and with project stakeholders
• Self-directed and organized: has a structured and analytical way of taking on tasks and performing on a daily basis in a result oriented way. Basically an "Indiana Jones" personality.
• Good analytical and contextualization skills to see the big picture
• Comfortable working with other skilled professionals in project teams towards common goals
• Flexible and adaptable
