Job Summary:

Product Development Group Gateway (PDG GW) as part of PC in Lindholmen, are now looking for an ambitious and creative Technical Test Coordinator (TTC) with telecom business experience, wanting to further learn and grow together with us. PDG GW develops Control- and User Plane for the Evolved Packet Gateway (EPG) application, handling packet data services in the access network. Node deployments is carried out on native hardware as well as on VMs and soon also on containers in a cloud environment.

As TTC you will be a member of the virtual TTC team (Lindholmen, Madrid and Shanghai) within PDG GW. You will work closely with the EPG program and the development teams as well as external organizations/partners to coordinate test activities and test scope in order to assure the right quality per release. This is especially important for large features that span over several teams. You are involved in proactive work as responsible for test investigation in feature analysis and provide support to development teams (XFT) from test aspects in early phases. You will also actively drive e.g. changed ways of working and resource impact related to testing of new features when identified in the analysis phase. Some of the challenges are maintaining focus on priorities, communicate, inspire and be active in test related activities needed to drive the area towards the product vision.

You will be part of shaping the future for EPGs evolvement within the area of test!

Responsibilities & Tasks:

The TTC role will be the main responsible for coordination of test activities and test scopes within the EPG program and with other external partners. You will involve in Feature Analysis (FA) and actively work with identifying needs and suggest improvements within the area of test.

Main responsibilities are:

• Coordination of test activities and test scopes related to EPG
• Test analysis part within FA studies
• Overall test strategy and test ways of working
• Test scope on our master SW integration branch and maintenance
• Supporting and coaching teams in matters of test scope
• Provide input to exemption handling, Fault Slip Through (FST) analysis etc

In order to succeed, you need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• You love testing and have a strong belief in the importance of quality assurance.
• You have a talent to see the big picture and challenge current methods and define the future of how we test our product.
• You are used to take lead in discussions regarding scope, activities and strategies related to test.
• You are continuously developing your knowledge through experience as well as learning, collaboration and sharing knowledge with others.
• You have the focus and ambition to understand customer needs and can transfer that to practical work and improvements. You feel natural about coaching teams on how to achieve the needs necessary.
• You have a passion to continuously improve the test way of working.

And it is great if you have these additional skills and experiences:

• Knowledge about the EPG product
• Knowledge in the SSR platform and cloud deployment
• Customer interaction experience
