Technical Teamleader

To our customer we are looking for a Technical Teamleader with good Leadership qualities and Team Player Skills

In this service you will be responsible for heading the "Train the Trainer" program to ensure all Build Engineers and Floorwalkers are trained across different regions.

You will be responsible for:

• Working for establishing of hardware exchange with the Users which includes process for New Machine unboxing and old machine boxing and transfer to Local site Storage.
• Responsible for working with the technical team to create the overall Migration process related to the user experience including the User guides and FAQs
• Coordination with the Local Site IT Managers \ SPOCs for Logistic management which includes receiving new Hardware, hardware storekeeping, old hardware disposal.
• Coordination with the Floorwalkers for Daily Progress tracker and building reports.

Technical Skills:

• Technical knowledge of Windows 10 build SOPs for on call support to Build Engineers.
• Technical Knowledge of Windows 10 for on call support to Technical Floor Walkers at all locations.
• Technical knowledge of the Application Management and User Data Management with technologies like SCCM, 1E Nomad, MDT etc.
• Technical knowledge of the background process involved in the imaging including PXE Infrastructure, Port requirement, IP forwarding, etc.
• Technical knowledge of automation skills like hands on of PowerShell, script, etc



Soft skills:

• Strong Communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to work in different shifts to support various time zones for global Migrations.
