hela Sverige As a Junior Support Engineer for Klarna's technical support team, your mission is to support integration solutions between Klarna and our merchants and consumers. You are the go-to person when it comes to helping colleagues with product-related questions since you will back up our service center with technical information as well as initiate improvement projects for process automatisation in order to optimize our services. Tools that you will be working with are e.g. Splunk and database queries.
You are a technical person and have probably been working within service before. You love finding technical solutions to tricky problems and you are comfortable in taking the lead when solving complex cases in cooperation with other departments. You have a high level of professionality and you find it easy to communicate with business and technical resources effectively. You also have experience from working with SQL.
