GRANULDISK pot washing machines use PowerGranules, water and a small amount of detergent to mechanically scrub pots and pans clean. The blasting power combined with high temperatures washes hygienically clean in a matter of minutes, using up to 90 % less water, energy and chemicals than any other pot washing methods. GRANULDISK is now looking for a new colleague that is going to be responsible for technical support in Germany, Austria and Schweiz (DACH) in a role that is initially placed both in Sweden and in DACH.
Within this position you will have contact with Dealers, Service Partners and Customers in order to support them with installation and service of our equipment, by email and telephone as well as in the field together with Service Partners. You will also be responsible for the technical training of Service Partners and the development of technical training material. You will develop the Service Partner Network as we grow both geographically and in new Customer segments, keeping it updated and strategically evaluate it as the business develops. In addition you will be the internal contact and support to sales, mainly in terms of site survey to find out the correct equipment and requirements for a specific customer. Another task is to handle warranty issues in your market. Working with warranty issues, you will be a part of a long term aspect of after sales and product development, as you will be handling feedback from service partners and customers on a daily basis.
Qualifications
You have several years of experience of working as a service technician. If you have experience of working with products within the professional kitchen industry this is an advantage. We believe that you have good and documented technical knowledge and if you in addition have good knowledge in electronics/ electromechanical this is an advantage.
You are fluent in German and have good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in Swedish, but it is not a demand. For this role you will be working with Microsoft Office thus we need you to have good knowledge within this programs. If you have experience from working within a CRM-system that is an advantage.
As a person, you are driven and have great customer focus. To perform well in this role you need to be flexible and have a positive attitude. You have a genuine technical interest and are an experienced trouble-shooter and problem solver. You have an ability to work with others, and promote team work as well as being relationship oriented.
