• Has a good understanding of working with electrical, mechanical systems and electronics
• Has good communication, interpersonal skills and is service minded
• Is PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Scandinavian speech / writing
• Has good educational skills
• Technical education with specialization in the areas of electronics, electricity or mechanical or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience.
• Has good organizational skills and able to work in a hectic environment
The Role
You will be responsible for providing technical support to our Service organization and customers throughout Scandinavia, including responding to technical queries, your responsibilities will also include:
• Handling technical calls
• Attend in product and technical training when required
• Provide Technical training to our organization throughout Scandinavia
• Develop and utilize technical support systems to educate and inform our organization
• Frequent contact with Product Company to share Technical know-how with our colleagues both verbally and written.
• Warranty reporting according Airpower guidelines
• Hands-on Field support

Localization
Main office in Nacka, Sweden.
Additional information
The candidate must be willing to travel to customer across Scandinavia and Product Companies typically Belgium and Italy.
