Then we may have the perfect job for you! We are Compuverde, one of the fastest-growing Swedish IT companies, and we are currently looking for three new Technical Support specialists to join our office in the beautiful archipelago of Karlskrona, in southern Sweden.
This job opportunity is an attractive mix of the old (Linux) and the new, since Software-Defined Storage is a rapidly expanding sector, that is seen as the future of the storage industry.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for you who are driven and want to work with support of an exciting storage solution. For this full-time position, you will provide technical assistance and support for our software, but also be able to troubleshoot relevant hardware and networking issues. For the right candidate, this position will also include holding demos and train end users of the product. This position is of utmost importance for us since it comes to serve and support our customer and partners. You will be working in a learning-environment alongside your colleagues and you are expected to take a great deal of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Good knowledge in customer technical support
• Good knowledge in software testing, both manual and automated
• Very good knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge in storage, software, networking and hardware is meritorious
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus, but not a must.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a knowledgeable and experienced storage and networking professional. You are driven and independent and have experience from support as well as testing in a Linux environment. You are a good problem solver and have a genuine interest in customer care and technology. To succeed in this role you also need to have good communication skills, be committed and engaged.
