hela Sverige We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers. This includes both cloud and customer installed systems, also connected to hardware solutions.
The Technical support resource will cover both Tier 1 and 2 responsibilities in a global team, with the development team as Tier 3. By providing excellent communication to customers and having the skills to facilitate help/assistance needed from the Product development the person delivers best in class support.
Key responsibilities
• Communicate to the customer
• Verify and describe bugs/requests from Customer
• Update KB according to findings
• Upholding SLA
• Improve our internal processes by being agile
• Engage Product development in solving customer issues
Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience
• English language proficiency
• 3+ years experience within support
• Experience from Zendesk
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
Personal attributes
• Flexible and able to balance between internal and customer interests
• Excellent communications skills
• Good at collaborative work
• Driven, can take a task all the way across the finish line
