ELITS is now looking for our next Technical Support Specialist. We offer a work opportunity where you can combine your communicative skill with your technical support skill. The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden.
Job Summary:
The job is about to help the customer with all types of support issues of technical character. This includes everything from guiding the customer with self-service tools to work proactive and inform about any future disturbances that may occur. You will in this role handle all kind of support errors and will be responsible to coordinate and inform about the progress in all lines. Most important is of course to ensure that the customer is pleased with the service and the result.
The main component that we are looking for in our candidates is the passion and ability to think and be "service-minded". We have compiled a list of what we think your skills look like;
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• First Line support
• Experience working with support tools and trouble ticketing system
• Knowledge with GSM, SMSc and GPRS network
• SIM-card management
• Basic knowledge in IP and troubleshooting IP-traffic
• VPN
• Knowledge with GSM, SMSc and GPRS network
• On-call every fifth or sixth week and in periods also extended working hours.
