As a Technical Support Specialist you will be part of a team of approximately 10 persons that are supporting the global market with product knowledge where you'll be one of two persons responsible for robotic lawn mowers.

The primary focus is to act as a single point of contact for product related quality improvements raised by Husqvarna Group's sales companies and distributors around the world.
You will receive product related improvement requests from customers, sales companies and distributors and, inform them about short-term and long-term solutions.

In close cooperation with R&D, factories, and suppliers, you will analyze the identified problems, feedback the identified issues into new development projects as well as report and prioritize product improvements on existing platforms.

In order to have a good understanding for how the products are performing and are used by our customers you will visit key markets on regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews.

Analysis of warranty claims and training of service personnel (primarily related to product improvements) are also important elements of this position.

You will report to Technical Support Manager within the Product Quality Organization.

This role includes travelling to domestic and international locations 15-30 days/year.

Location: Huskvarna.

This means that you will:
* Act as main contact for the service organization, supporting them to solve product related issues
* Prioritize product improvements on existing products
* Develop and publish Service Bulletins
* Develop technical training material and carry out training of service personnel
* Visit key markets on a regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews
* Contribute with field experience of existing products into new development projects
* Analysis warranty claims and distribute quality data reports

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience
* 3 or more years of engineering, quality, project management, product specialist, after sales experience or equivalent working experience
* Ability to speak freely in front of medium size audiences
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

* Teaching skills
* German and French language skills
* Highly organized and ability to manage several projects
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Holistic system understanding for the interaction of mechanics - electronics - software
* Knowledge in quality planning tools like FMEA
* Knowledge in Six Sigma, 8D
* Strong personal computer skills, to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Good understanding and ability to solve conflicts
