Role Description

As the Customer Support Representative at OMBEA, you are on the proactive front line and the face of OMBEA. You interact with our customers and users daily and make them better at what they do while improving our product. The role gives you a lot of freedom to develop your skills and optimize processes as we are growing and onboarding a lot of new customers!

Our customers will turn to you for answering platform support questions and you will work closely with the linking pins from the technical teams to resolve our user's issues. You will help our users be as successful as possible by knowing how to use our product and addressing their issues quickly and effectively.

Next to helping the customers out via support, you will own the support channels from a technical perspective; making sure the process runs smooth and automated where we can.

• Tech-savvy, able to work independently and make decisions.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Always looking for ways on how to improve processes.
• Able to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Quick analytical thinking, self-starting, quick learner, autonomous worker and has a down to earth mentality.

Experience

• Working in a small organisation.
• Working in an office environment.
• 1+ years of experience in support or customer service.
