As a Technical Support Expert, you will work closely together with a team other experienced experts, providers, and service workshops. The team provide a premium technical support to the authorized Service Partners in the Nordic region and work closely together with product development to improve the quality of our products. Your main responsibilities as a Technical Support Expert will be:
• Providing escalated technical support to the authorized Service Partners, in collaboration with the Technical Support hub first line.
• Provide onsite expert technical support on location at the Service Partners as needed.
• Coach the Service Partners in the associated processes, systems and current topics.
• Produce communication, for example guidelines, bulletins, newsletters.
• Report new faults and quality deviations to Product Development.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Strong technical background in software, hardware, and networking
Proficient in using the necessary diagnostic equipment and software to support the customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
High degree of accuracy in data handling skills.

Proficient in written and verbal in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).

The position is located at BMW's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and group training classes.
