Our customer is a rapidly growing company that develops cloud services (SaaS) for electronic invoicing, archiving, tax automation and other e-business relevant compliance areas. World-leading in its sphere, our customer processes more than 100 million transactions per year for many of the world's largest multinational enterprises, ensuring compliance in multiple countries.

Job description
Our customer is now looking for an additional member to join their technical support team. In this role, you assist their global partner network both in configuring and using their solution. You are involved in the startup phase for new partners and then provide on-going technical support via email and phone and assist in technical issues.

The objective is to provide a high service level to their partners and you will act as the link between their partners and their development department and back-end experts.

You will also produce different statistical reports and can be involved in requirement analysis for new features and services.

The job is a full time employment based in customers headquarters in central Stockholm.

We believe that you have the following background:
• Previous experience in providing technical support towards international customers
• Good technical knowledge what regards software and IT security
• Relevant post-secondary technical education
• Good English skills verbally and in writing (Swedish not required)

The following are considered to be advantages:
• Knowledge in SQL syntax
• Previous experience of technical documentation
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish

But most importantly you truly enjoy helping customers, you have a positive attitude and like to get things done.
