hela Sverige We are now looking for a technical support engineer for our office in Kista (Akalla), Sweden. You will report to Service Manager EMEA. We offer you a challenging and interesting position to become part of a truly global organization. The purpose of the position is to provide technical assistance internally and also customer service.
You will work in close cooperation with the Bromma Sales and Service in EMEA, with Bromma and Cargotec employees in other locations, and other internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key accountabilities:
Diagnosis and problem solving on spreaders on the field
Assist in the development and update of service information
Assist in implementation of different processes pertaining to Services
Assist in the development of training programs pertaining to new products and services
Assist in the development of sales tools with respect to services
We expect you to have:
A technical education (B.Sc or M.Sc) in electrical engineering or similar and 4-6 years of relevant business / product experience.
Following competencies/knowledge areas are relevant in this position:
Good Computer / programming knowledge
Electrical components and drawing knowledge as well as Interference/noise
Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
Project management knowledge setups
PLC Hardware
IFM/Siemens
PLC Software
CoDeSys and Simatic S7
Interfaces
CAN and Asi
Additional skills:
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Ability to travel
Good social ability, as working with the rest of the organization and directly towards our customers is essential to your success
