UniCarriers Europe Parts (UCEP) is responsible for the Parts Product Management as well as Pricing, Supply chain, Sales tools and Support to markets. Our ambition is that by year 2020 our most important customers should perceive us as the best European company in spare parts distribution. We must therefore, among other things, strengthen our organization with new employees who want to take a great responsibility to reach our business targets.
Product Management is the base for a profitable Parts business. The new colleague we are looking for will be responsible for technical information about our spare parts. You will play a key role in providing the right support to our markets. By your involvement and reactivity you will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and products users.

Main responsibilities and tasks
Process and answers parts technical questions coming from markets Provides the customers with the right information on parts, in the aim to increase sales Organizes information. Makes parts documentation and information available and easily understandable for all customers Collects new requirements from markets to contribute to the future parts offering Takes all necessary actions for correcting wrong information in our systems Ensures the quality and alignment of parts information in our different systems Analyses and reports the requests from markets in the aim to improve our parts information and offering Contributes by his(her) action and reactivity to development of customer satisfaction Skills and competencies
Technical degree At least 5 yrs. relevant experience Forklifts technical and Parts/Service/Aftermarket experience is an advantage Precision and reactivity Customer satisfaction oriented Good technical culture but also good communication "Can do" mindset worker Capable to work in Matrix organization Good English language level (spoken, written) Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Recruiting Manager:
