We make solutions for personal dosimetry and quality assurance of diagnostic X-ray equipment. In our Product Management team, we constantly work with the challenge of offering products and solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. We manage new product introductions and help our customers and sales partners with our product expertise, including technical support. We closely interact with our sales regions, global marketing, R&D and Operations. RaySafe shares sales channels with Fluke Biomedical, a division of Fluke Corporation. RaySafe products are developed and managed from Billdal, Sweden while Fluke Biomedical is headquartered in Everett, Washington in the US.

Titel: Technical Support Engineer

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: To further strengthen our group, we are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be a key member in the team. The Technical Support Engineer will assume 1st line technical support responsibility and will handle all technical support cases in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region for RaySafe as well as Fluke Biomedical products. There is a 2nd line support function to which difficult questions are escalated. The Technical Support Engineer will also assist with technical sales support together with our sales teams. For the right person, there will also be possibilities to take part of the development of the technical support function as a whole. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include the following: . Be the customer's point of contact and respond to technical or application related customer questions . Handle each technical support case from start to finish . Escalate difficult questions to RaySafe/Fluke Biomedical 2nd line Technical Support and communicating the answers received to the customer . Assist with regional sales support for channel partners and sales on technical and application issues . Provide feedback to distributors, sales and product managers, on customer issues . Log all support cases in the CRM system according to established processes . Report customer complaints and initiate change requests as needed

Qualifications . A natural drive and interest in constantly learning our products is required. Social skills are equally important in order to handle customers in a good way and to interact with colleagues and other functions of the company. . At least bachelor degree in e.g. Electronics . A few years relevant working experience in e.g. technical engineering or technical support roles. . Excellent communication skills are needed and we are looking for a team player . Experience of using technical instrumentation is a plus . Experience from positions demonstrating technical understanding is a plus . Swedish and English - fluent and comfortable both verbally and in writing. Other languages is a plus
