Unit Description
We are looking for you if you have the courage, commitment and responsibility to take on the role of Technical Support Engineer. The team you will be part of consists of 25 people where the work is varied and in an international environment. You are the "spider in the web" between global sales units and the production units.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer you will operate everything from technical support in early phases of projects, price quotes to our customers, order management and support to the sales units. You will be hosting important customers 'visits to the unit in Jönköping and manage training programs internally and externally. It is important that you have a good verbal ability and social skills to conduct dialogues and hold presentations.
To be successful as a Technical Support Engineer you must be service oriented and have an ability to prioritize tasks. You are passionate about finding the energy optimizing and cost effective solutions for our customers. Your communication skills, responsiveness and stress tolerance allows you to solve problems. You have a technical interest and a willingness to develop your technical skills further.
Facts and features
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering or similar. It is meriting if you have specialized in HVAC and or in ventilation. We anticipate that you have some years of work experience within the manufacturing industry and experience in doing business both internally and externally. You should be technically competent and have an interest in the ventilation industry, OEM and international sales.
As a Technical Support Engineer you like problem solving together with your colleagues and to create the best solutions for our customers. We assume that you are able to easily express yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Your work approach should be structured, you should be used to prioritize tasks and you are well ahead in your planning. You take responsibility and works independently and you must understand what customer value means.
