Bravura is searching for a technical support engineer for a Swedish company specialized in eye-tracking. The company develops and sells eminent products in eye tracking and gaze measurement. They are continuously working to develop user-friendly technology for computer screens, with the goal to facilitate the everyday life for disabled. The company has 650 employees with offices in China, Japan, USA, Norway, Germany and Sweden.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a technical support engineer you will answer incoming calls and e-mails from the British customers of the company. The questions concern technical problems of the products from private users and it will be your job to find the solutions. You tasks will also include troubleshooting, RC and explaining the solutions to the customer in a pedagogical way. You will also write user manuals and be responsible for two showrooms where the company displays its products.

Kvalifikationer
Education: Minimum High School diploma.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in working for the UK market, preferably with customer contact. Experience in working with windows. Technical knowledge.
Language: Fluent in English. Swedish, Norwegian or German merit.
