In order to ensure our customers our high performance and guaranteed operational cost levels we are now shaping an organisation around our new Carton Bottle platform. As Technical Support Engineer, you will have a great opportunity to follow one of our machine platforms from launch and drive the collection of data from the field in order to facilitate product life cycle activities. You will be part of an inspiring journey to build a strong team and knowledge around Operational Cost. You will develop a wide network of contacts within Tetra Pak, especially in our Market Companies.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Drive the build-up of our knowledge base in the field of Operational Cost
• Establish, manage & follow up reference lines
• Support our Market Companies in Operational Cost and system performance related issues
• Collect, analyse and consolidate system performance data and distribute within the platform organisation
• Initiate and drive efficiency improvement projects and investigate non-performance related questions
Publiceringsdatum2010-04-09KvalifikationerAs a person, you are analytical, result oriented and an excellent team-player. You like to communicate and build networks with different kinds of people and you have an interest in continuous improvements - elimination of recurring problems is a motivational factor to you.
You are a technically oriented person and you have practical experience from working with complex machine systems. We believe you have a Bachelor of Science degree, or similar. Experience from working with customer/technical service or continuous improvement in production environment
is considered a merit.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden but involves up to 75 days of travelling/year.
