Technical Support Coordinator
Beckman Coulter develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical testing. More than 275,000 Beckman Coulter systems operate in both Diagnostics and Life Sciences laboratories on seven continents. For more than 75 years, our products have been making a difference in peoples' lives by improving the productivity of medical professionals and scientists, supplying critical information for improving patient health and delivering trusted solutions for research and discovery.

The department is responsible for that customers receive their products within the agreed time by monitoring and active delivery control and that billing is done as soon as possible in accordance with the Group's regulations. Customer Support Coordinator also assists as sales support for requests and provide ongoing support to the company's engineers and customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Maintain a high level of technical competence on respective product(s)

• Chemistry and Immuno Assay instruments

• Protein Instruments

• Hematology Instruments

• Service Coordination

• Engineers

• Work and use DBS and PSP when needed (Problem solving Tool)

• Provide effective second line support in Sweden and across Nordic region when required

• Work with FSE's and CSR to drive escalated service issues to timely and satisfactory conclusions to our customers

• Ensure MOD/PM programs are completed in timescales given

• Drive to improve reliability and reduce costs on respective product(s)

• Monitor training effectiveness via regular engineer reviews

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reports

• Achieve departmental goals and objectives to meet the company's operational plan

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Create Service invoices to customers that is not on service contracts

• Contribute to an environment where quality is perceived as a culture

Knowledge, Experience and Personal Requirements

Excellent product knowledge

Able to work on own initiative with little supervision

Worked in Oracle environment

Team player

Able to multi-task to accomplish several goals and achieve results faster

Can do attitude

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills

High level of IT literacy

Logical Problem solver

Serviceminded

Is personally accountable & takes ownership

Technical college education

Swedish and English fluently
