In order to meet the rapid expansion on the market we will reinforce our Product Development and Technical Support team with a Technical Support and Test Engineer. In this position you will be a part of our innovative development team and help us to support customers and local sales units in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. We can offer a challenging work in a global environment with a compliance driven culture. Together with other SKF group companies we are developing a new generation of applications. In Luleå we are responsible for the On-Line Condition Monitoring part.
Key responsibilities;
Technical support
System test procedures
System test
After sales handling of claims, warranty etc.
Required skills and knowledge;
Experience with database management (SQL server and Oracle)
Experience with TCP/IP communications
Preferably, experience with monitoring systems and sensors
Preferably, experience with signal analysis and vibration monitoring
Minimum three years of relevant working experience or university degree preferably in computer science or equivalent
Customer focused
Good organisational and communicative skills
Fluent in English both written and spoken
This position is located in Luleå, Sweden.

We produce and support products for On-Line Condition Monitoring being used at a great variety of applications, such as Wind Energy, Railway, Pulp & Paper, Steel, Mining etc.
